Returns & Warranty

  1. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.  Bottles must be unused and in original packaging.
  2. We offer returns for exchange only unless there is a manufacturing fault.
  3. We do not provide refunds for products unless they are faulty.
  4. All Hapi Bottles are protected against manufacturing defects for up to 2 years after purchase.
  5. Free return will be provided in the instance of a bottle that has manufacturing defects.  Hapi Bottles will not offer free return for any other instance, therefore cost of return must be covered by the customer.
  6. We require proof of purchase for any returns requested.
  7. As long as the Hapi Bottle(s) has not been used, we will issue an exchange once the item has been received by us at our warehouse.
  8. Hapi Bottles cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post and we strongly recommend using a signed for service when posting returns to us.
  9. Please ensure that all returns reach us in a saleable condition. For example, please do not affix any stickers to the packaging, use the bottle or damage it in any way.  We cannot issue a refund if the product is not returned in a saleable state.
  10. If any Hapi Bottles products are damaged in transit to you, then we will replace them free of charge.  Please contact us at support@hapibottles.com and provide images of the damage.
  11. Please do not send any damaged products back to us.  Please contact us directly to process the return.
