Returns

Can I return my purchase?

If you wish to return an item for any reason, we will provide you with a refund or replacement without fuss. Please notify our Customer Service Team within 30 calendar days from the day after delivery by contacting
support@hapibottles.com


When returning please note:

Ensure a copy of your invoice is returned with the goods and where possible please include tags and any packaging.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged carefully.

Failure to do so may result in your return being refused and/or any refund due being reduced.

We cannot accept any return items which have been used.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

We recommend you obtain your receipt as proof of return from your local Post Office.

Please do not return any items that were purchased from another retailer.

Any returns which are after 30 days are at our discretion.

Christmas Returns

Any unused purchases from the 1st of November 2021 can be returned for a refund until the 31st of January 2022.

As long as the product has not been used, we will issue a full refund once the item has been received by us at our warehouse. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns.

I bought my Hapi Bottle in a shop. Am I eligible to return it under warranty?

All Hapi Bottles products have a two year warranty so you're covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years after purchase.

If you purchased your Hapi Bottle from a third-party retailer, we ask that you contact them about any problems in the first instance.

Please note that we cannot accept returned products that are purchased from a third party retailer.

In the unlikely event that the retailer is unable to help, or you cannot return to the store, we are happy to look into your case, but we do require a proof of purchase in order to do so. 

Cancellations & Warranty

Can I edit / cancel my order?

Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of receipt. If during this time you wish to cancel your order please email at support@hapibottles.com.

If we have received payment for any goods cancelled, we will arrange refunds. If you change your mind after 24 hours of receipt of your order acknowledgement please email support@hapibottles.com

What is the warranty on Hapi Bottles products?

Hapi Bottles are designed to be used and enjoyed for a lifetime. However, if something does go wrong, our warranty covers you against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase.

Replacements

We’re proud to be an eco-friendly company, and we’re conscious of our effect on the environment. Hapi Bottles are all about reducing waste, so if only one part of your bottle is faulty, we will always aim to resolve this with the appropriate replacement part rather than replacing the whole bottle.

We will always aim to replace your bottle with one of the same size and colour however, if it is no longer available, we will do our best to match it to the original.

 

What’s not covered by the warranty?

• General wear and tear (i.e. scratches, dropped bottles, dents)
• Damage caused by incorrect cleaning or misuse (i.e. use of dishwasher, freezer)
• Disassembly, alterations, or modifications (i.e. engraving performed by third parties)

 

What you need to qualify for a warranty evaluation:

A proof of purchase is required in order to verify the date of purchase and ensure the authenticity of the product. If a proof of purchase is not provided, we will not offer a replacement as we will be unable to validate the warranty.

 

Claiming under warranty

If you think your item is faulty, please do not go to the trouble of returning it. Get in touch with us via our support widget in the bottom right-hand corner and we’ll be happy to look into it. Please describe what is wrong and attach a photo of your item.

Faulty products are eligible for refunds up to thirty days after purchase. After this period, we can only offer replacements under warranty.

Please note that the warranty does not restart when you receive your replacement bottle.

 

Products that arrive damaged

If your order arrives damaged, please do not use it as this will void the warranty. Please contact our Customer Service team right away via our support widget in the bottom right-hand corner and we’ll happily replace it. 

 

Hapi Bottles gift policy

We can only discuss warranty claims with the person who placed the order. If you received your Hapi Bottle as a gift, please ask the purchaser to contact us and we’ll resolve it directly with them.

 

Products purchased from a third-party retailer

If you purchased your Hapi Bottle from a third-party retailer, please contact them in order to return or exchange your bottle. Hapi Bottles retailers accept returns of products for manufacturing defects upon presentation of a valid receipt. The retailer will offer a refund or exchange for the defective product, or replacement parts where appropriate and available.

 

Co-branded products

Due to GDPR we are unable to discuss corporate orders with anyone other than the person or company who was the original purchaser. If your Hapi Bottles product has a custom logo and a manufacturing defect, please contact the person you purchased it from or the person who gifted it to you. Co-branded products are not covered by our warranty replacement policy and queries will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
