Can the Hapi Bottles drinkware cleaned in a dishwasher?

Nomad and Active Quest can be cleaned in the dishwasher on the top rack. Dishwasher safe lids, gaskets, and straws. Turn off heat-dry and hot water options.

Hand washing instructions for your Hapi Bottles?

To clean your Hapi Bottle by hand, please remove all accessories (lids, gaskets, etc). Hand wash your Hapi Bottle with a soft cloth or brush and a gentle dish soap*, then air dry. 

You may put your lid and gasket in the dishwasher on the top rack, however, we recommend turning OFF your heat-dry and hot water settings.

*To avoid any damage to your Hapi Bottle, we recommend avoiding the use of citrus or bleach-based cleaners.

Can I put my Hapi Bottle in the refrigerator?

Please do not put your Hapi Bottles in the fridge or freezer! Putting our products in the freezer can ruin them and voids the warranty.

Hapi Bottles do not need refrigeration. They are double wall-insulated to maintain beverage temperature.

We recommend chilling your beverage to the desired temperature before using your Hapi Bottles!

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. However, we have exciting plans in the works to offer international shipping later this year. Is free shipping available?

If you're in the UK and your order totals over £25, you're in luck because we offer free standard shipping. It's our little way of saying, "Hey, thanks for choosing Hapi Bottles!"

For orders under £25, there's a shipping charge of £4.99.

What happens after I place an order?

Please allow us up to 72 hours to pick and pack your order. We want everything to be just right for you. If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will be shipped together once the latest item is available.

Which delivery services do you use?

We're proud to work with trusted partners like Royal Mail and Yodel for most of our deliveries within the UK. However, please keep in mind that if you're located outside of mainland UK, such as the Channel Islands, your country may require you to pay duty fees upon delivery. These fees are set by your country's government.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We know you're excited to get your hands on your order, and we're just as eager to get them to you!

In mainland UK, you can expect your parcel to arrive within 2-8 business days from the advertised date of dispatch. As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you a confirmation email complete with a tracking number.

Keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear in the system. Don't worry, though; your order is on the way!

What about pre-order items?

If your item has a pre-order date, you'll spot it next to the product name in those little brackets. The delivery timeframe for pre-order items starts from the pre-order date it ships on. So mark your calendars and get ready for the joyous moment when your pre-order becomes a reality. If there's no date next to the product name, it means your item is ready to go and will be on its way to you soon!
