when it 1st arrived it was brilliant then after a week the ice cubes melte within half an hour
tried it several times will not keep the fluid cold and th ice cubes melt
First class customer service after contacting Hapi about a broken hinge on my bottle. I sent an email showing the lid in pieces and within hours I had a reply, promising a replacement. True to their word, this duly arrived a few days later. I use this bottle for my regular hikes and it really does keep my water icy cold for the entire day. Very impressed with not only the brilliant product, but also the way that the company responded so quickly. Thank you from a very happy customer!
Love this product. Perfect for taking my coffee out and about- keeps the temperature perfect and doesn’t leave a ‘metallic’ taste which some bottles do.

I love my travel flask. I bought my first one a couple of years ago and broke the lid. I decided to buy two this time so I've gota spare when I'm away. I've recommended it to others too and will continue to do so.
Brilliant flask, used everyday.. keep my drink cold, bought my first one few years back.. needed a bigger one for work definitely recommended, air tight ,love the lock, bounce proof as have dropped afew times lol
And stays cold over night with chilled tap water.

The Hapi thermos comes in great colours and easy to wash etc.. However it only stays hot for 5 hours .. The Rojirushi stays hot for 12 hours …
This is excellent bottle as it has just perfect size . The biggest plus for me is that it has a handle on it so if you running out side it is just easier to hold this bottle

I bought one of these for myself as when I am working my tea always goes cold. I love this cup I have a constant hot cup of tea all day. I have subsequently bought all my staff one each. This way I save costs in disposable cups as well. Thankyou

I love my Hapi bottle and have had it for a number of years. Only given the lid replacement 3 stars as the lid opener and locking doesn't seem as good quality as it has been in the past - feels more flimsy and opens even when in the lock position. But, it still does the job it needs to - just doesn't appear to be of the same quality that I expected from previous purchases.
I love these flasks, and own 4, the carry handle is a great addition and it’s great for loose leaf tea!
