Travel Flask Lid

First class customer service after contacting Hapi about a broken hinge on my bottle. I sent an email showing the lid in pieces and within hours I had a reply, promising a replacement. True to their word, this duly arrived a few days later. I use this bottle for my regular hikes and it really does keep my water icy cold for the entire day. Very impressed with not only the brilliant product, but also the way that the company responded so quickly. Thank you from a very happy customer!

Love this product. Perfect for taking my coffee out and about- keeps the temperature perfect and doesn’t leave a ‘metallic’ taste which some bottles do.
