SHIPPING

How do I track my order?

Simply log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfilment status against your recent order.  If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information and you can find your tracking information there.  You will also find tracking information in your order confirmation email.

* Please note, tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the UK. Shipping to other locations will be available soon.

How much does shipping cost? How long will it take for my order to arrive?

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

If you wish to return an item for any reason, we will provide you with a refund or replacement without fuss. Please notify our Customer Service Team within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery by contacting customer.service@thermos.co.uk

When returning please note:

Ensure a copy of your invoice is returned with the goods and where possible please include tags and any packaging.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged carefully.

Failure to do so may result in your return being refused and/or any refund due being reduced.

We cannot accept any return items which have been used.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

We recommend you obtain your receipt as proof of return from your local Post Office.

Please do not return any items that were purchased from another retailer.

Any returns which are after 14 days are at our discretion.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of receipt. If during this time you wish to cancel your order please email or telephone us. If we have received payment for any goods cancelled, we will arrange refunds. If you change your mind after 24 hours of receipt of your order acknowledgement please use the process below to arrange a return.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

What is the warranty on Hapi Bottles products?

Hapi Bottles offers a 2 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. This is valid when the product is purchased from hapibottles.com or an authorised reseller. This warrant does not cover improper use or normal wear and tear. Please send an email to support@hapibottles.com with your issue and proof of purchase and we’ll arrange a replacement.

CLEANING

What is the best way to clean Hapi Bottles?

1. Before first use it is advisable to soak your Hapi Bottle in warm soapy water for approx. 10 minutes

2. Remove the screw-top lid and pop out the sipping mechanism by pressing down into the mouthpiece

3. You can further disassemble the lid for deeper cleaning by removing the rubber rim around the mouthpiece base, and the lid insert if necessary

4. Submerge bottle into warm soapy water

5. Do not use abrasive chemicals or materials to clean your bottle

6. Use bottle brush to clean interior of bottle and a sponge or cloth for exterior and mouthpiece

7. Rinse bottle with clean warm water and air dry

8. Reassemble your Hapi Bottle

9. Do not put your Hapi Bottle in the dishwasher

Are Hapi Bottles dishwasher safe?

We do not advise putting Hapi Bottles in a dishwasher. We recommend hand wash only.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Klarna, Clearpay and Shop.

How secure is my payment data?

Update - All online orders are encrypted using Barclays ePDQ or the PayPal security system depending on your choice of payment method.  Your data will be managed on the secure server according to our agreement with each company.  We cannot keep records of your credit card details.

GENERAL

What grade of stainless steel is used in Hapi Bottles products?

All our bottles use 18/8 food grade stainless steel.

How does it keep beverages hot?

The air between two thin layers of stainless steel that make up the body of the mug is removed to create a vacuum. Because there is no air, the temperature on the other side of the wall does not transfer over, keeping beverages hot or cold for hours.

How do I keep my drinks hot for as long as possible?

Before adding your hot drink to the Hapi Bottle, we advise letting some boiled water sit in the bottle for approximately 20 minutes prior which will heat up the steel ready for your drink.  This will extend the period your drink stays hot for.  Ensure your drink is hot when you put it into the bottle, and that you close the lid when you are not drinking.

Do Hapi Bottles fit in cup holders or bicycle holders?

The 350ml and 400ml variations fits neatly into bicycle bottle holders.  It is slightly smaller in width than the usual plastic sports bottles so may move around slightly but will not fall out.

Are Hapi Bottles BPA free?

Yes.  All our products are BPA free.

Are Hapi Bottles suitable for carbonated or fizzy drinks?

No, there is a risk internal pressure can build and cause the lid or stopper to leak or be ejected.
