How much does shipping cost and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
UK Shipping Standard Tracked Delivery:
2-4 working days from the despatch confirmation email.
£3.95 for orders under £25
Free for orders over £25
UK Express Tracked Delivery:
1-3 working days from the despatch confirmation email.
£5.95 for orders under £60
Free for orders over £60
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. We will be shipping internationally in 2022.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Please allow four business days before contact us.
If your parcel has still not arrived, then please check for a missed delivery slip from the postman, and check with any neighbours or safe places where the delivery may have been left.
Once you have done the above and have still not located your order, please contact our Customer Service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why haven't I received an email confirmation?
If you haven't received your confirmation email, we firstly recommend checking your spam box as these sometimes get lost in there!
Please note that if you have paid via PayPal, your order confirmation email will be sent to your PayPal email address.
If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service team via email at email@example.com.
Can I edit / cancel my order?
Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of receipt. If during this time you wish to cancel your order please email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we have received payment for any goods cancelled, we will arrange refunds. If you change your mind after 24 hours of receipt of your order acknowledgement please email email@example.com
How do I track my order?
Simply log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfilment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information and you can find your tracking information there. You will also find tracking information in your order confirmation email.
* Please note, tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.
I have received the wrong order. What should I do?
